  • Do you offer "Flash" websites
    Yes, we can indeed produce a "Flash" website for you, but & this is a "Big" but; you should always have an static website as well. You see, in New Zealand about half of the people searching the web, are doing so through "dialup" accounts. This means that many of the potential audience, you are trying so hard to reach, will be practically unable to view your site. A flash site is also much more difficult for the search engines to evaluate and the last thing you want to do is make it hard for Google to drive traffic your way.

    Having a static site means that any potential visitor can discover your message and respond to your service offerings. Flash is very compelling, but not entirely effective.
  • What is meant by the SEO guarantee?
    This is quite simple and straight forward. I guarantee that each REW community website owner, will have their site, listed in Google, or Bing or Yahoo, in the first position of the "organic" listings, for at least one search term. This listing position cannot be bought and must be earned by each website. Sponsored search engine listings may be purchased, but do not carry the brand cache of a top listing position in the organic section.

    If, after 10 months (this is not an overnight process), I have not succeeded in obtaining one or more first place positions, I will return the entire SEO portion of your community site fee ($1,495), no questions asked and no conditions.

    To the best of my knowledge, I am the only real estate SEO firm, that offers such a guarantee anywhere in the world.
  • May one salesperson own more than one community SEO market?
    Yes, indeed, you may elect to own as many community territories as you wish, however, there is no discount in having multiple territories, as the work load and responsibility is not diminished, in any way.
  • Why is only one salesperson per territory permitted?
    A wise old saying goes, "You can only serve one Master". If I am going to guarantee a salesperson absolute first place in any the three major search engines (Google, Bing & Yahoo), how I can offer to accomplish this for more than one salesperson; I can't.

    So, I only offer to perform this service, for one salesperson, in each community. Community based SEO, is provided on a "first-come" basis, so I recommend acting quickly.
  • What is meant by a "Custom Website"?
    I believe that every salesperson needs to differentiate themselves, in order to succeed. In order to meet this requirement, each salesperson's website created by my team is unique in style, colour and content. This is not a "One-Size-Fits-All" approach.

    In order to achieve this custom outcome, I will personally assist in your website design and you will be given a great many choices to pick from.
