Custom Website Design:
This is the basic service offering from real-estate-websites. The outcome is a five page website, that is custom in nature, meaning that it will not have an identical look and feel with any other site produced by our firm. As part of the price, you will be shown several optional site styles and be allowed to pick any available style. Delivery time on one of our custom sites is ten working days.
Domain Name Purchases:
If you already own your own domain name, there is no charge associated with our pointing that domain name to your real-estate-websites site. If you do not have a domain name, we will work with you to procure one of you choosing, from those not already registered. The cost for this domain name purchase is $39. We strongly recommend NOT purchasing a domain name that matches your name, however, we will make such a purchase if requested.
Website Hosting:
Once your website is completed, it will need to reside on an Internet server and this is called "Hosting". You may host your site on any server worldwide, however, we have extremely fast & reliable servers, for this purpose and at $200/year, this is quite a bargain. Our servers are "backed up" daily, assuring the security of your site and your data.
Website Blog Option:
A "Blog" is a page on your website that permits you to have a continuous commentary with your site visitors. This is a very effective method for getting your thoughts and current observations out to your clients. As a Blog is essentially endless, you can add to it indefinitely. Perhaps most importantly, a Blog can be seen by the search engines and greatly increase the visibility of your site.
Current Listings Option:
This option provides a place for showing off your listings. As a listings tool, the value this and the Sold Listings option, cannot be overstated. Potential clients will see yet another avenue for additional "exposure" as well as previous success. With this option, we take care of adding your listings and updating as needed and there is no limit to the number of listings you can display.
Sold Listings Option:
As mentioned above, this option takes your previous listings and markes them as "Sold" and positions them on their own page area. There is no limit to the number of listings you can display.
